Liquid Line Replacement (RHD)

LIQUID LINE REPLACEMENT (RHD) 

TOOLS REQUIRED 

-

J 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector

-

J 45689 A/C Quick Joint Tool

REMOVAL PROCEDURE 

1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Remove the air cleaner from the vehicle.

4. Disconnect the A/C high pressure switch electrical connector (1) from the switch (2).

5. Using the J 45689 disengage the clamp (2) at the fan assembly.
6. Remove the retaining clip screw (1) from the A/C line.

IMPORTANT:  The body of the tool (1) should be parallel to the A/C line.
