PCV Valve Hose: Service and Repair

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (LP1, LY7)
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LP1, LY7) (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel

W/ Direct Fuel Injection) .
2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube from the left camshaft cover.
3. Remove the PCV fresh air tube from the air inlet.
4. Remove the PCV tube bracket bolts.
5. Remove the PCV dirty air tube from the right camshaft cover.
6. Remove the PCV dirty air tube from the intake manifold.
