Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement

Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement (Left Hand Drive)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the air inlet assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement (Left Hand Drive)   (See: Air Duct/Service and Repair/Air Inlet

Assembly Replacement)Air Inlet Assembly Replacement (Right Hand Drive)   (See: Application and ID).

2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.

3. Remove the recirculation actuator screws (1).
4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the recirculation actuator.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the recirculation actuator screws (1) and tighten to 1 Nm (9 lb in).
