CTS Sedan RWD V8-6.2L SC (2010)

Note: Position the bolt behind and outside of the J 45012.
8. Using the J 8614-01 - remover (1) and the J 34826 - socket (2) , tighten the pinion nut to 245 Nm (181 lb ft).
9. Install the propeller shaft. Refer to Rear Propeller Shaft Replacement (RPO LSA) (See: Drive/Propeller Shafts, Bearings and

10. Inspect the rear drive axle lubricant level. Refer to Rear Axle Lubricant Level Inspection (See: Fluid - Differential/Service and
Repair/Procedures/Rear Drive Axle).
11. Install the exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement (LSA) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Service and
Repair/Exhaust System Replacement)Exhaust System Replacement (LF1) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Service and

12. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
