CTS Wagon RWD V6-3.6L (2010)
1. If replacing the condenser, add the specified amount of PAG oil directly to the condenser. Refer to Refrigerant System Capacities (See:
Specifications/Capacity Specifications).
2. Install the condenser (1).
3. Install a new O-ring to the condenser tube. Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler
O-ring/Service and Repair).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
4. Connect the a/c condenser out tube (2) to the condenser.
5. Install the a/c condenser out tube bolt (1) and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
6. Install a new O-ring to the discharge line. Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler O-ring/Service
and Repair).
