Under the rear frame rail reinforcements.

The long sides of the pads perpendicular to the frame rails.

The outer edge of the pads aligned with the outer edge of the rear frame rail reinforcements.
Jacking
When you are lifting a vehicle with a vehicle jack or a floor jack, block the wheels at the opposite end from which you are lifting. Use jack stands to
provide additional support.
Under the Frame Rails
IMPORTANT:

The floor jack pad must not contact the rocker panel to the outside of the frame rail reinforcements.
^
The floor jack pad must not contact the floor pan.
Position the floor jack pad as follows:
Under the frame rail reinforcements.
