Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair).
2. Loosen the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1).
3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley (2) and bolt.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the drive belt idler pulley (2) and bolt to the generator bracket.
Snug the bolt finger tight.
