1. Install the lower ball joint in the knuckle. Refer to Lower Control Arm Replacement (2500) (See: Control Arm/Service and Repair/Front

Suspension/Lower Control Arm Replacement (1500)).
2. Install upper ball joint in the knuckle. Refer to Upper Control Arm Replacement (1500) (See: Control Arm/Service and Repair/Front
Suspension/Upper Control Arm Replacement (1500))Upper Control Arm Replacement (2500) (See: Control Arm/Service and Repair/Front
Suspension/Upper Control Arm Replacement (2500)).
3. Connect the outer tie rod to the knuckle. Refer to Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement (See: Steering/Tie Rod/Service and
Repair/Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement).
4. Install the wheel bearing and hub assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (2500) (See: Wheel Hub/Service and
Repair/Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (2500))Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (1500) (See: Wheel
Hub/Service and Repair/Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (1500)).
5. Install the wheel drive shaft, if equipped. Refer to Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement (1500) (See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive Axles,
Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and Repair)Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement (2500) (See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive
Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and Repair).
6. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair).
7. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
8. Verify the wheel alignment. Refer to Wheel Alignment Measurement (See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Wheel Alignment Measurement).
