1. Connect the EVAP line quick connect fitting at the EVAP canister purge solenoid. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service   (See:

Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).

2. Connect the EVAP line quick connect fitting at the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service   (See: Fuel Delivery

and Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).

3. Install the upper intake manifold sight shield. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and

Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair).

Removal Procedure

Note:  Clean all fuel and evaporative emission (EVAP) line connections and surrounding areas prior to disconnecting the lines in order to avoid possible
fuel and/or EVAP system contamination.
