Brake Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Master Cylinder Replace

1.

Remove brake lines from master cylinder. Plug lines and ports.

2.

Remove booster to master cylinder attaching nuts, then remove master cylinder.

3.

Reverse procedure to install. Torque master cylinder attaching nuts to 28 ft. lbs. Torque brake line to master cylinder nuts to 18 ft. lbs.
