Figure 1 shows the air distributor case viewed from the center of the vehicle looking forward. See illustration for foam positioning and for surfaces
where adhesive is to be applied.

7.

Install foam strips to the plastic case, in areas between ribs, just rearward of the air distributor door.

NOTE:

Apply adhesive to both the vertical and horizontal flange surfaces to ensure good retention.

8.

Replace air outlet to heater module.

9.

Replace rear floor ducts.

10.

Reposition carpet, reinstall kick panel and floor carpet retainer assemblies.

11.

Replace right side close-out panel under dash.
