1. Install the heater core into the HVAC module.
2. Install the heater core pipe bracket.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  .

3. Install the heater core pipe bracket screw.

Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement (Left Hand Drive)  (See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing
