Removal Procedure
1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 -Vac N Fill Coolant Refill Tool) (See: Service and Repair)Cooling
System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) (See: Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the electric cooling fan assembly. Refer to Engine Cooling Fan Replacement (LY7 - Gas, 6 Cylinder, 3.6L, SFI, V6) (See: Radiator
Cooling Fan/Service and Repair) .
3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the lower condenser mounting bolts.
5. Remove the upper condenser mounting bolts.
