Removal Procedure

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging  (See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Refrigerant

Recovery and Recharging) .

2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle  (See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the front air deflector retainers.

4. Remove the front air deflector.
5. Remove the LH front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation  (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair) .

6. Remove the discharge line bolt from the A/C compressor.
7. Disconnect the discharge line from the A/C compressor.
