Power Steering Cooler Pipe/Hose Replacement (Inlet/Outlet With V92)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the radiator upper grille. Refer to Radiator Upper Grille Replacement (Base)  (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair)Radiator

Upper Grille Replacement (R1T, R1X)  (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair) .

2. Remove as much power steering fluid from the remote power steering fluid reservoir as possible.
3. Remove the front air deflector, if necessary. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Air

Dam/Service and Repair) .

4. Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed.

5. Disconnect the power steering gear outlet hose and the power steering cooler outlet hose from the power steering cooler inlet and outlet hose

assembly.
