6. Tighten the intake manifold duct clamp (1).

Tighten the intake manifold inlet duct clamp to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
7. Compress the clamps and install the following hoses to the thermostat and the water housing:

The heater inlet hose (1)
^
The radiator inlet hose (2)
^
The heater outlet hose (3)
^
The bypass hose (4)
^
The surge tank inlet hose
