About the Blazer
The Blazer name covers two SUVs. The full-size K5 Blazer (1969–1994) was a shortened half-ton pickup, sold by GMC as the Jimmy, and was replaced by the Tahoe. The smaller S-10 Blazer (1983–2005) was built on the S-10 pickup, and from 1995 it was simply called the Blazer.
