2. Install the extended console mounting screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).
3. Install the hush panel.
4. Install the floor console.
Air Outlet Replacement - Floor
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.
3. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
4. Remove the HVAC module.
5. Remove the floor air outlet screws.
6. Remove the floor air outlet.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the floor air outlet.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Install the floor air outlet screws.
Tighten
Tighten the outlet screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in)
3. Install the HVAC module.
5. Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.
6. Recharge the A/C system if equipped. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
