Hood Latch Support Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the grille. 
2. Remove the primary hood latch bracket.
3. Remove the horn from the hood latch support.

4. Remove the 3 hood latch support to the radiator support bolts (2, 4).
5. Remove the hood latch support (3).

Installation Procedure

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the hood latch support (3) to the radiator support (1) with 3 bolts.

Tighten the hood latch support to the radiator support bolts (2, 4) to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

2. Install the horn to the support.
3. Install the primary hood latch bracket.
4. Install the grille.
