Cut two 25 mm (1") pieces of the edge insulating material from the cover, locate under each end of the handle (to act anti-rattel pads), and glue
into place using trim adhesive.

9.

While the adhesive is drying, remove the spare tire, remove and discard the old ratchet handle, socket and retaining clip and bolts.

10.

Reinstall the spare tire in the rear compartment.

11.

Install and tighten the nut, P/N 10165652 to retain the jack handle to the spare tire cover.

12.

Reinstall the tire cover in the rear compartment. Locate and install the new jacking label, P/N 10165653 directly on top of the old one.

13.

Reinstall and position the rear compartment floor covering.
