About the Celebrity
The Celebrity (1982–1990) moved Chevrolet's mid-size range to front-wheel drive. It shared GM's A platform with the Buick Century, Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera and Pontiac 6000, and the four cars famously appeared on a 1983 Fortune cover as an example of GM's look-alike models.
