and included in the VIN list distributed by way of a Dealer Communication Message
Attention:
This correction should be performed on all vehicles currently in your inventory that are included in the Administrative Message (U.S.) or Dealer
Communication (Canada) VIN list prior to sale or delivery.
Condition
Some of the subject vehicles may exhibit a harsh 1-2 shift at light throttle (approximately 12% TPS or less).
Correction
Reprogram the PCM using a Tech 2 scan tool with the calibration update from Techline Information System (TIS) 2000 data version 11.25 or later,
broadcast to dealers on November 3, 2004; and on TIS CD-ROM version 11 for 2004, scheduled for mailing to dealers by November 15, 2004.
