Convertible Top Control Module: Service and Repair
Folding Top Control Module Replacement
Removal Procedure
Caution: Refer to Servicing Electrical Components Caution (See: Service Precautions/Technician Safety Information/Servicing Electrical
Components Warning) .
1. Place the folding top with the #1 bow and #5 bow in the up position.
2. Open the rear compartment.
3. Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (6.0L) (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery

4. Remove the rear compartment side carpet. Refer to Rear Compartment Rear Center Trim Panel Carpet Replacement (See: Body and
