6. Install the fuel return pipe bolt (1) to the top of the intake manifold and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
7. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Replacement (See: Powertrain Management/Emission
Control Systems/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/EGR Valve/Service and Repair/Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Replacement).

Center Intake Manifold Replacement (LMM)
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air
Induction/Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Turbocharger Replacement).
2. Loosen the connector bracket bolt and nut.
3. Remove the connector bracket bolt (1).
4. Remove the fuel rail clamp bolt (2).
