Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
7. Disconnect the electrical connector from the outside air temperature sensor (1).
8. Remove the outside air temperature bracket bolt (1).
9. Remove the bracket.
10. Remove the sealing washers from the hoses.
11. Remove the condenser retaining bolts (3).
12. Remove the condenser (2).
13. Cap off the condenser fittings.
Installation Procedure
1. If replacing condenser, add the specified amount of PAG oil directly into the condenser. Refer to Refrigerant System Specifications (See:
Specifications/Capacity Specifications).
