Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
2. Remove the plugs from the condenser fittings.
3. Install new sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler O-ring/Service and
Repair/Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement).
4. Install the condenser.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
5. Install the condenser retaining bolts (3) and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
6. Install the outside air temperature bracket.
7. Install the outside air temperature bracket bolt (1).
8. Connect the outside air temperature sensor electrical connector to the sensor (1).
