Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

Removal Procedure

1. Turn OFF all the lamps and accessories.
2. Turn the ignition OFF.

Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning   (See: Service Precautions).

3. Remove the battery negative cable bolt in order to disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.

4. Remove the auxiliary negative battery cable bolt (1) and cable (2), from the auxiliary battery.
