Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement
Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement (Rear Door)
Removal Procedure
Tools Required
J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover
1. Open the rear door.
2. Remove the outer belt sealing strip screw.
3. Remove the sealing strip by prying up with J 38778 .
Installation Procedure
1. Press the outer sealing strip into place in the door channel.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Install the rear door outer belt sealing strip screw.
Tighten the door outer belt sealing screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
3. Close the door.
