Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement   ().
2. Remove the surge tank inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose/Pipe Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling

System/Coolant Reservoir/Service and Repair/Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose/Pipe Replacement).

3. Remove the fuel feed pipe line nut (2).
4. Remove the fuel feed line clip from the stud and reposition the fuel feed line.

5. Remove the coolant air bleed hose/pipe bolt (3) from the upper intake manifold.
6. Reposition the coolant air bleed hose clamp (2) at the water outlet.
7. Remove the coolant air bleed hose from the water outlet.
