Prizm L4-108 1.8L DOHC VIN 8 MFI (1998)
1. Connect the fuel feed hose quick connect coupling to the fuel feed chassis pipe.
2. Install the fuel feed line quick connect coupling cover (1).
3. Connect the fuel feed hose quick connect coupling (1) to the fuel feed pipe of the fuel rail (2).
4. Install the fuel feed hose quick connect coupling cover.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
Tighten
Tighten the negative battery cable terminal retainer to 15 N-m (11 lb ft).
6. Turn ON the ignition in order to pressurize the fuel system.
7. Turn OFF the ignition.
8. Check for any fuel leaks.
