Blower Motor Resistor

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 

1. Negative Battery Cable. 

2. A/C control relay bracket with the relay and set off to the side.

3. Blower resistor harness.

4. Stud from dash panel.

5. Cut the access cover from the case. It is necessary to cut all 4 sides to remove the 3 attaching screws. Use a sharp utility knife for cutting. Make the

cuts straight and clean as the access cover must be reinstalled and is visible to the customer. 

6. Blower motor resistor.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Blower motor resistor.

2. Apply a bead of black weatherstrip adhesive over the entire cut line areas.

3. Let adhesive set for 15 minutes or until it skins over.

4. Stud to dash panel.

5. Resistor harness.

6. A/C relay bracket to body.
