Throttle Body: Application and ID
Throttle Body ID Revision

A bar code label (2) on the front of the Throttle Body (1) shows the last four (4) digits of the Throttle Body part number

A 1997 mid-model year production change involving the Throttle Body and Accelerator Cable has occurred on the above identified vehicles. When
replacing the Throttle Body or the Accelerator Cable, the correct components must be used.

Important: 
The use of an incorrect Accelerator Cable will result in:

A raised idle speed (Accelerator Cable too short)
