Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Description and Operation

Fuel Pulsation Damper

The fuel pulsation damper is installed in the fuel rail. The fuel pressure applied to the fuel injectors is regulated by the fuel pressure regulator. When
the fuel injectors inject fuel, a slight pulsation occurs in the fuel pressure. The purpose of the fuel pulsation damper is to remove these pulsations.
