Installing Pitman Arm
1. Pitman arm to power steering gear; secure with sector nut. Align matchmarks on sector shaft and pitman arm. Do not fully tighten sector nut at this
time.
Steering Gear Mounting Bolts
2. Power steering gear to vehicle; secure with two mounting and one pilot bolt.
Tighten

Power steering gear mounting and pilot bolts to 85 Nm (61.5 ft. lbs.).

Pitman arm sector shaft nut fully at this time to 130 Nm (95 ft. lbs.).
