Suspension Spring ( Coil / Leaf ): Service and Repair
Front Suspension
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle.
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly.
3. If the vehicle is equipped with an engine skid plate, remove the following components:

The four engine skid plate bolts
^
The engine skid plate
4. Support the control arm (1) with a floor jack (2).
5. Remove the three nuts and bolts from the control arm (1). Separate the ball stud and the control arm.
6. Remove the stabilizer joint (2) from the control arm (1) by removing one nut (12).
