Parking Assist Distance Sensor: Service and Repair
Park Assist Sensor
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove rear fascia.
Park Assist Sensor Connector
3. Disconnect the sensor electrical connector.
Park Assist Sensor Remove/Install
4. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755) or equivalent, gently pry out on the two retaining tabs and pull the sensor straight out of the retaining
bezel.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the Park Assist Sensor over the retaining bezel and firmly snap into place.
2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Install the rear fascia.
4. Connect the battery negative cable.
