Front Steering Knuckle - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Wipe the halfshaft outer C/V joint-to-knuckle mating surface clean (1) and apply a light  coating of Mopar(R) Wheel Bearing Grease or Mopar(R)

Multi-Purpose Grease around the circumference of that flat surface. Do not apply too much grease or allow it to come in contact with the ABS
tone wheel. 

2. Wipe the rear of the hub and bearing in the knuckle clean where they contact the C/V joint.

3. Slide the hub of the knuckle (4) onto the splines of the halfshaft outer C/V joint (3).

4. Install the knuckle (1) onto the ball joint stud (3) aligning the bolt hole in the knuckle boss with the notch formed into the side of the ball joint
