Timing Cover: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove reserve tank.
2. Remove generator bracket.
3. Remove center front under cover.
4. Jack up the engine and transaxle assembly until there is no weight on the insulators.
5. Follow removal steps outlined in the illustration, noting the following.
6. Use the special tools to remove the crankshaft pulley from the crankshaft.
