Upper Rear Ceiling Distribution Duct
2. Slide the upper rear ceiling distribution duct upward and disengage it from the lower rear ceiling distribution duct.
3. Pull the bottom end of the upper rear ceiling distribution duct away from the lower rear ceiling distribution duct and disengage the upper duct from
the duct located in the headliner.
4. Remove the upper rear ceiling distribution duct from the vehicle.
Lower Rear Ceiling Distribution Duct
5. Remove the screw that secures the lower rear ceiling distribution duct to the right D-pillar.
6. Tip the top end of the lower rear ceiling distribution duct downward and disengage the bottom end of the duct from the rear HVAC housing.
7. Remove the lower rear ceiling distribution duct from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the lower rear ceiling distribution duct onto the top of the rear HVAC housing. Make sure the duct is fully engage to the housing.
2. Position the lower rear ceiling distribution duct to the D-pillar and install the duct retaining screw. Tighten the screw to 2.2 N.m (20 in. lbs.).
3. Install the upper rear ceiling distribution duct to the duct located in the rear of the headliner.
4. Position the bottom end of the upper rear ceiling distribution duct to the lower rear ceiling distribution duct and slide the upper duct downward to
engage it to the lower duct. Make sure the ducts are fully engaged to each other.
5. Install the right D-pillar trim panel.
