Tighten
Tighten the liquid evaporator pipe connector block nuts to 12 Nm (106 lb.in).
5. Connect the two heater hoses to the heater core tubes.
6. Slide the heater hose clamps into position.
7. Install the case condensation drain hose.
8. For ABS-equipped vehicles, install the front wheel.
9. For ABS-equipped vehicles, install the steering arm access plate.
10. Install the instrument panel carrier assembly.
11. Fill the cooling system.
12. Connect the negative battery cable.
13. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system.
14. Operate the HVAC control to verify the proper function of the heating and cooling systems.
