3. If a new actuator is being installed, attach it to the mounting bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the actuator bolts to 4 Nm (35 lb.in).
4. Install the mounting bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the actuator bracket nuts to 18 Nm (13 lb.ft).
