Installation Procedure

1. Install the SDM with the arrow pointing toward the front of the vehicle.
2. Install the SDM mounting bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the sensing and diagnostic module mounting bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb.in).

3. Connect the SDM electrical connector.
4. Install the connector position assurance lock.
5. Install the floor console. Refer to Interior Trim.
6. Enable the SIR system. Refer to "Enabling the SIR System".
