1.

Remove the fuel injectors following the procedures outlined in Group 14 of the appropriate service manual.

2.

Install the new injectors.

NOTE:

THE PINTLE VALVE OF THESE INJECTORS IS POSITIONED SO THAT THE FUEL EXITS AT A SPECIFIC
ANGLE. THESE INJECTORS MUST BE INSTALLED WITH THEIR ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS POINTING
STRAIGHT UP, PERPENDICULAR TO THE FUEL RAIL (See Figure 1).

Type the required information on the Authorized Modification label (Figure 2) and attach it near the VECI label.

POLICY:

Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
