Owner Notification and Service Scheduling

All involved vehicle owners known to Chrysler are being notified of the service requirement by first class mail. They are requested to schedule an
appointment for this service with their dealer. A copy of the owner notification letter is included.

Enclosed with each owner notification is an Owner Notification Form. The involved vehicle and recall are identified on the form for owner or dealer
reference as needed.

A. Install Buckle Cover Retaining Clips On Front

(and if equipped, Rear Quad) Seat Belt Buckles:

1.

Pry the buckle assembly tether (elastic band) retainer out of the backside of the buckle assembly (Figure 1).

2.

Rotate the buckle assembly rearward.

3.

Using a utility knife, cut the narrow band on the backside of the buckle strap cover just above the anchor bolt (Figure 1).

4.

Slide the strap cover down as far as it will go to allow access to the buckle assembly (Figure 2).
