If the anchor clip has TWO (2) rivets, no further action is required.

If the anchor clip has ONE (1) rivet, proceed with Step 2 to replace the anchor clip.
2.
Disconnect the right outboard seat belt anchor hook from the floor or C-Pillar anchor (Figure 5).
3.
Insert the supplied Scabbard Cutting Guide between the seat belt scabbard and the webbing (Figure 6).
4.
Cut the top side of the scabbard along the guide line with a utility knife.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT cut the seat belt webbing or the seat belt assembly must be replaced.
5.
Remove the scabbard cutting guide.
6.
Insert the Scabbard Cutting Guide between the scabbard and the webbing on the other side of the belt (Figure 6).
7.
Cut the bottom side of the scabbard along the guide line with a utility knife.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT cut the seat belt webbing or the seat belt assembly must be replaced.
8.
Remove the scabbard cutting guide. Remove and discard the cut-off piece of the scabbard.
