Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair
Washer Nozzle - Installation

Front

FRONT

1. From the top of the hood, position the washer nozzle (1) to the mounting hole on the outside of the hood panel (2).
2. Align the anti-rotation tabs of the nozzle with the anti-rotation notches in the mounting hole.
3. Using hand pressure, push firmly and evenly on the top of the washer nozzle until the integral latch features lock into place on the underside of the

hood.

4. From the underside of the hood (3), reconnect the washer hose (2) fitting to the barbed nipple (1) of the washer nozzle.
5. Reinstall the washer nozzle hose into its routing clips as necessary on the underside of the hood.
6. Reinstall the push-in retainers that secure the rear edge of the hood silencer pad to the inner hood reinforcement.

NOTE: The rear washer nozzle latch feature is a one time component, and will be damaged if the nozzle is removed from its mounting hole for

service. If removed from its mounting hole for any reason, the rear washer nozzle must be replaced with a new unit.
