RAM 3500 HD Truck 2WD L6-6.7L DSL Turbo VIN A (2007)
1. Remove the instrument panel and place it on a workbench.
2. Remove the instrument panel cover from the instrument panel support.
CAUTION: Use care when removing the heads from the heat stakes located on the back of the instrument panel cover. Remove only
enough material from the heat stakes to allow removal of the instrument panel air outlet and demister air outlet assembly from the cover.
3. Using an 11 mm (7/16 in.) drill bit, carefully remove the heads from the six heat stakes (1) that secure the passenger side air outlet and demister
air outlet assembly (2) to the back of the instrument panel cover (3).
CAUTION: Use care when removing the air outlet assembly from the instrument panel cover to prevent damage to the remaining
portion of the heat stakes.
4. Carefully remove the air outlet assembly from the instrument panel cover.

1. Remove the two screws (1) that secure the rear air outlet housing (2) to the rear of the front center seat support (3).
2. Remove the rear air outlet housing and place it on a workbench.
