3. Refitting

Slacken the upper fixing (5) of the dampers (on each side).

Position the tool [2] under the rear suspension; Using tool [1]. Keep the rear axle in position using the lifting tool [2]. Slacken off suspension blade screws (6).

Remove :

• The rear suspension fixing bolts (7), (8)
• The upper fixing (5) of the dampers (on each side)

Remove the rear suspension.

Handle the rear suspension; Using tool [1].

Equip tool [2] plate with its detachable legs, so as to liberate tool [1].

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Always fit new Nylstop nuts.

Place the rear axle under the vehicle; Using tool [1].

Refit :

• The rear axle
• The bolts (7), (8)

Refit dampers upper fixing (5).

ESSENTIAL : Before carrying out the final tightening of fixings (5), (6), (7), (8), the vehicle MUST be placed at the load setting height.

Remove the tools [1], [2].

Refit (on each side) :

• The brake caliper (2)
• The bolt (1) (new) Pre-coated with a thread-locking product

Tighten the bolt (1) to 3 ± 0,3 daN.m.

Fit the brake pads (see the relevant operation).

Couple the handbrake cables at the compensator (4).

Fit the handbrake sleeves in their housing (at "c", "d").
