ESSENTIAL : If replacing the airbag : Apply the procedure for destruction of the pyrotechnic components. (see corresponding procedure). Change the pyrotechnic components after triggering the airbags and the seat belt pretensioners. (see the relevant operation).
3. Refitting
Proceed in the reverse order to removal.
Tighten the bolts (3) to 0,8 ± 0,08 daN.m.
CAUTION : Apply the procedure for switching on the central airbag system (see the relevant operation).
ESSENTIAL : Re-initialise the equipment; Using the diagnostic equipment.
