ESSENTIAL : All of the stripped surfaces must be protected by means of the approved electrolytic rezincing process (see the relevant operations).

ESSENTIAL : Observe the elementary rules of hygiene and safety (wear a face mask to protect against fumes and vapour - work in a well ventilated space).

Disconnect the battery.

Replacement :

• Front wing
• Front bumper
• Headlamp
• Front panel

Removing - Refitting :

• Fuse box (left side)
• Screen wash reservoir ( right hand side)
• expansion bottle ( right hand side)

Detrim-retrim : Front wheel arch.

Release the wiring harnesses.
